Just my opinion but, unlike the Bearded One, BioWare really understands what the old school fans want:

I was wondering if I might be so bold as to impose a question on you?
Recently my computer went the way of scripted television. I have a new one up and running, but my old art software, Paintshop Pro(sort of a generic Photoshop), is not Vista compatible, the OS on my new computer. I saw you use Photoshop, but when I do searches for Photoshop I find many different kids. I was curious if you could recommend an art software that hopefully doesn't cost $500 dollars?

Google ArtRage. I know nothing about it except that it's supposedly a cheap painting program.
Thanks for the tip.

It's really annoying. I have commissions lined up and that I was working on. On job was designing full graphics to be animated for a website. That job was looking to make at least $300 on. The art software I was working on was pretty good. Just I hear it freezes on Vista when you work in layers. I'm sure you would understand how annoying that could be. lol
