So, I guess I had to ape other artists and make a personal banner for conventions. As I designed this, I must have been subconsciously inspired by my friend Tim Townsend's banner as I just noticed yesterday that it has a pretty similar composition. Sincere apologies to Tim! Oops!
I encourage you to check out his page and see the cool stuff he has coming for Comic Con, including his beautiful-looking book "Meanderings".
Anyway, I used the Psylocke piece for this banner, which seems to be my most popular image here on Deviant. I'm a seriously amateur graphic designer, so I hope this isn't too painful to look at. The basic goal here is to grab attention.
I'm putting together a Comic Con art book right now and will post about it soon...
