So the doctor comes into the office and he tells me I'm not well... I have this disease, and I ask well doc is there anything I can't do about it, anything at all? and he turns to me and replies the only thing that you can do, the only thing that can cure you is more cow bell!

Looks more like (the son of) Kratos from God of War, but that's probably just because of the gold/orange tinge. :P
